Patanjali Divya Immunogrit Kwath

Patanjali Divya Immunogrit Kwath is a classical Ayurvedic kwath (decoction) powder from Divya Pharmacy, formulated around a group of traditional rasayana herbs long used in Ayurveda to support the body's natural strength and resistance.

The powder is a coarse, yellowish-brown to brown preparation with a characteristic herbal odour and taste. It is meant to be boiled down into a decoction rather than swallowed as a dry powder, which is the traditional kwath method of drawing the active constituents of the herbs into water.

Key ingredients

• Shatavar (Asparagus racemosus) and Safed Musli (Chlorophytum borivilianum)
• Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) and Bala (Sida cordifolia)
• Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia)
• Vidarikand (Pueraria tuberosa), Varahikand (Dioscorea bulbifera) and Vridhhi (Habenaria intermedia)
• Meda (Polygonatum verticillatum), Kakoli (Roscoea procera) and Shuddh Kaunch (Mucuna pruriens)

How to use: Mix 5-10 g of the kwath powder in 400 ml water and boil until roughly 100 ml remains. Filter and allow it to cool. Take on an empty stomach 30 minutes to 1 hour before breakfast, and again in the evening 30 minutes to 1 hour before the meal, or as directed by your physician.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry, dark place and close the container tightly after each use. Use within 2 years of the manufacturing date.
